  • •Übernahme und Durchführung einer professionellen Pflege und Betreuung der Patientinnen und Patienten auf der medizinischen/orthopädischen Abteilung nach unserem Pflegeleitbild
  • •Beurteilen von Pflegesituationen, adäquate Reaktion in Akutsituationen, lückenlose Fuehrung der Pflegedokumentation sowie Erfassung aller erbrachten Leistungen
  • •Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit Belegärzten und anderen Bereichen
  • •Teilnahme an den tägliche Visiten der Belegärzte, damit ein guter Informationsfluss gewährleistet wird
  • •Aktive Beteiligung an Projekten und Unterstützung der Abteilungsleitung sowie des gesamten Teams für die Sicherstellung einer bestmöglichen Pflegequalität
