Key Responsibilities

  • •Create PRDs, define features with acceptance criteria, and develop necessary product documentation while optimizing the product portfolio.
  • •Define product roadmaps, scope requirements, and oversee end-to-end lifecycle for managed, advisory, and support services.
  • •Develop pricing, packaging, and positioning strategies to simplify offerings and improve service attachment rates.
  • •Partner with platform product teams, architects, delivery teams, and the broader services organization to align offerings with platform capabilities and customer needs.
  • •Own operational metrics, revenue performance, and customer feedback to refine value propositions and reduce churn.

Key Requirements

  • •Relevant product management experience, or experience in cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, or edge delivery, with a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent).
