Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, validate, and optimize CNC programs for machining centers, CNC lathes, and special equipment; standardize CNC programming methodologies.
  • •Engineer reverse tooling and modify mold/cavity components (cavities, inserts, cores, wear components) and develop CAM programs for CNC 3-axis, Wire EDM, Sinker EDM, and CNC lathes.
  • •Maintain tool, fixture, and CNC program libraries; optimize cycle times, machine utilization, and machining strategies.
  • •Support CAD/CAM integration for advanced manufacturing in Tool Room, including design for manufacturability using GD&T and DFM; create 3D models and manufacturing drawings.
  • •Provide technical support to CAM/CNC programmers and technicians, participate in failure analysis and engineering change discussions, and perform technical visits to suppliers in the US.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of experience designing and solving problems for high-volume mechanical tooling in manufacturing environments.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Solid CAD 3D mechanical design experience in software such as SolidWorks (preferred), Inventor, or equivalent.
  • •Hands-on CAM/CNC expertise, including Mastercam (preferred) or PowerMill, NX CAM, Esprit (or equivalent), plus CNC 3-axis, Wire EDM, Sinker EDM, and CNC lathes.
  • •Strong technical knowledge of GD&T, DFM, dimensional metrology, engineering change documentation, and change control; advanced conversational and technical English.
