Job Summary

Lead operational procurement teams and master data within TAS-E for all procurement categories, including general procurement and high-impact purchase requests. Execute TAS procurement strategy, drive change management for a new JV OP model, and ensure successful ERP (SAP for Space) transition without service-level impacts. Oversee purchase orders, export control documentation, order book/stock/forecast processes, supplier KPIs, and claims/expediting, while also owning GENEX ISIT referent tasks for site and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

•Contribute to TAS-E procurement strategy execution by managing and coaching operational buyer teams and influencing supply chain actors and stakeholders.
•Implement change management for the new JV OP model and ensure successful transition to SAP for Space without impacting operational procurement service levels.
•Review, approve, and sign purchase orders, manage cancellations, ensure purchase orders are acknowledged, and that export control documents are completed and attached by suppliers.
•Drive operational follow-up: resolve shortages and late deliveries, handle invoicing issues, defend claims with management and suppliers, and ensure cash golden rules compliance.
•Lead GENEX ISIT referent tasks across categories (e.g., real estate site maintenance, guarding, utilities, industrial equipment, temp labor, travel, logistics/transport, SW/HW COTS, consultancy, ISIT), including supplier panel management, RFQs, POs, negotiations, and contract/CAPEX procurement management.

•10+ years of relevant work experience, including 5 years in supply chain management, category management, procurement/materials management, and 5 years in hierarchical team management.
•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Logistics, or Economics.
•MCIPS (CIPS), CIPM, CSCP, SCOR-P certification (ASCM, ex-APICS) or equivalent certification.
•Strong background in procurement processes and SAP management.
•Ability to lead operational procurement and GENEX ISIT tasks, using LEAN techniques and KPI-driven performance improvement.
