Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the accurate planning and on-time delivery of both raw material to internal assembly lines and finished goods to customers
  • •Support day-to-day demand signaling, ordering, and inventory management for product lines
  • •Identify supply issues, flag with the appropriate owners across Engineering, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and drive resolution
  • •Own reporting and analysis of supply and material health to inform decisions across Engineering, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Business Development
  • •Collaborate with Sourcing Engineers and Manufacturing Engineering to source components and develop make vs. buy strategies

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment in a supply chain or production role with complex mechanical and/or electrical assemblies
  • •Ability to own a value chain from start to finish, coordinating multiple internal and external parties to achieve on-time deliveries under stringent quality standards
  • •Experience developing high-tech products in a high-mix, low-volume environment
  • •Prior knowledge of Netsuite or a similar ERP system
  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering (BSME, BSEE) or related technical degree; advanced technical degree or MBA strongly preferred
