•Implement safety and ergonomic programs to build an injury-free workplace and enforce safety protocols.
•Maintain product quality and safety standards by ensuring processes align with HACCP and SSOP, and address product failures/foreign material issues.
•Track labor, material, and indirect costs to stay within budget and deliver yields and operational efficiencies through process and automation improvements.

•Open to travel up to 10% of the time.
