Job Summary

Lead a team of Account Managers to grow DataRobot’s customer portfolio through retention, expansion revenue, and net-new logo acquisition. Own holistic growth strategy across existing customers and new targets, serving as a subject-matter expert on generative and agentic AI use cases. Partner with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales to shape AI-driven customer experiences, value propositions, and performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities

•Own holistic portfolio growth, acting as a player-coach for strategic conversations with new and existing clients, especially around generative and agentic AI initiatives.
•Develop and execute AI-focused growth plans to expand within the existing portfolio and acquire new clients as AI adoption increases.
•Serve as a subject matter expert on customer AI strategy, advising clients on integrating products and services into their AI stack for measurable outcomes.
•Lead, mentor, and coach Account Managers to drive both incremental and new business development, including identifying customer AI strategies.
•Partner with C-level and technical leaders to co-innovate and design AI-centric solutions, while tracking retention, expansion, and new business metrics.

Key Requirements

•10+ years in account management, customer success, or sales leadership, including 3+ years leading teams.
•Proven experience driving incremental revenue and acquiring new logo business in senior account management or sales leadership roles.
•Deep understanding of the generative and agentic AI landscape, including customer use cases, market trends, and implementation challenges.
•Experience building and executing account expansion and new business strategies that incorporate AI and deliver measurable outcomes.
•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field; MBA preferred.
