Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide excellent customer service and effectively resolve customer issues.
  • •Proactively identify opportunities to grow customer relationships using pre-set appointments, Centers of Influence, a disciplined sales process, new customer follow-up, and referrals.
  • •Educate and refer customers to other bank areas to deepen relationships and strengthen internal partnerships.
  • •Educate customers on optimizing their use of bank technology, including online, mobile, and ATM banking.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or GED and minimum of 1 year customer service and sales in banking, financial services, goal-driven retail sales, business-to-business sales, or relevant military service in an administrative role.
  • •Experience with customer service and sales, including in banking/financial services or goal-driven sales environments.
  • •Ability to build, deepen, and retain relationships.
  • •Demonstrated acumen in banking, sales, investments, consumer lending, business banking, business lending, customer service, and presentation skills.
  • •Comfort with mobile services and online banking; bilingual Spanish.
