  • •Partner deeply with Product and Design leaders, advising on org design, team structure, and how to operate through rapid growth and change.

  • •Drive performance and accountability by partnering with managers on performance, feedback, and development and addressing gaps quickly.
  • •Navigate complex people situations by handling employee relations matters with sound judgment and balancing empathy with what’s right for the team and business.
  • •Stay close to the work by building an understanding of how Product, Design, and Engineering teams operate to guide leaders effectively.

  • •6–10+ years of experience in a People Business Partner role, ideally supporting Product, Design, or Engineering teams.
