Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor – Data Center Construction (Anticipated Opening)

Serve as a day-to-day client interface for cost management on a major data center development in Columbia County, Pennsylvania. Own estimating, cost planning, change order estimation, and quantity surveying activities across the construction lifecycle—partnering with design teams and general contractors to reconcile costs, manage valuations, support cost auditing, and produce monthly client reporting. Lead, coach, and mentor team members while maintaining rigorous cost control, contingency, commitment tracking, and margin forecasting.
