Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive planning readiness by identifying planning gaps, improving planning quality, and strengthening cross-functional alignment before development begins.
  • •Improve roadmap execution, visibility, accountability, and alignment across Product and Engineering teams.
  • •Facilitate cross-team planning, dependency management, and coordination to reduce execution risk and improve delivery predictability.
  • •Serve as operational lead for strategic cross-functional initiatives from planning through delivery, partnering with Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders.
  • •Build and maintain reporting, dashboards, and insights to provide visibility into roadmap execution, delivery outcomes, and organizational health.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years in Product Operations, Technical Program Management, Product Management, Engineering, or related work within a SaaS/technology company.
  • •Experience supporting annual and quarterly roadmap planning at scale across product and engineering teams, including prioritization and dependency management.
  • •Demonstrated success delivering complex product initiatives across multiple product and engineering teams.
  • •Experience designing and scaling operational processes, frameworks, and ways of working.
  • •Technical fluency with tools and systems such as Linear and Jira, plus comfort working with engineering and delivery metrics.
