Job Summary

Drive operational effectiveness for the product development organization by strengthening roadmap planning readiness, cross-functional execution, and accountability. Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design leaders to manage dependencies, reduce execution risk, and improve delivery predictability. Lead continuous improvement of operating rhythms and ways of working, and build reporting dashboards and insights that support decision-making and align teams to customer and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive planning readiness by identifying planning gaps, improving planning quality, and strengthening cross-functional alignment before development begins.
•Improve roadmap execution, visibility, accountability, and alignment across Product and Engineering teams.
•Facilitate cross-team planning, dependency management, and coordination to reduce execution risk and improve delivery predictability.
•Serve as operational lead for strategic cross-functional initiatives from planning through delivery, partnering with Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders.
•Build and maintain reporting, dashboards, and insights to provide visibility into roadmap execution, delivery outcomes, and organizational health.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•8+ years in Product Operations, Technical Program Management, Product Management, Engineering, or related work within a SaaS/technology company.
•Experience supporting annual and quarterly roadmap planning at scale across product and engineering teams, including prioritization and dependency management.
•Demonstrated success delivering complex product initiatives across multiple product and engineering teams.
•Experience designing and scaling operational processes, frameworks, and ways of working.
•Technical fluency with tools and systems such as Linear and Jira, plus comfort working with engineering and delivery metrics.
