Job Summary

Lead implementation and oversight of a Special Access national security program within Pratt & Whitney’s Government Security Compliance organization. Own primary CSSO responsibility for a portfolio of special access programs and execute core compliance processes across PERSEC, information security, Top Secret accountability, contracting, and security management. Collaborate with industrial security, cybersecurity, and program leadership to deliver program security goals, develop security plans (OPSEC/PPIP), and mentor a team of CSSOs and alternates.

Key Responsibilities

•Support Government Security Compliance by implementing the DoD Special Access Program Security Manual, company SOPs, and contractual security requirements.
•Provide leadership oversight for a team of CSSOs and core compliance processes as a Senior Manager.
•Serve as primary CSSO for a portfolio of special access programs and execute core compliance processes (PERSEC, information security, Top Secret accountability, contracting, and security management).
•Collaborate with industrial security, cybersecurity, and program leadership to develop and achieve program-unique security goals.
•Develop and implement program-specific security plans (including OPSEC, PPIP, test plans, and outside work agreements) and support security compliance inspections, audits, and mentoring of CSSOs/alternate CSSOs.

Key Requirements

•Advanced degree with 7+ years of Security, Military, or Defense experience; or Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of relevant industry experience; or Associate’s degree with 10+ years; or High School diploma with 12+ years.
•5+ years working directly in the Industrial Security field.
•Active U.S. Government Security Clearance at the SECRET level or higher.
•Ability to obtain TOP SECRET clearance with SAP/SCI access.
•Ability to meet enhanced security requirements to obtain and maintain access to Special Access Programs.
