Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain visibility of threat/opportunity trigger points, support risk cost profiling, and ensure timely drawdown or retirement of risk budget.
  • •Monitor overall risk exposure and remaining risk budget; produce risk reports and lead regular risk reviews with response plans.
  • •Conduct quantitative cost and schedule risk assessment (QCRA/QSRA) to inform project contingency levels and establish risk management plans/processes.
  • •Embed risk management within program and project controls, integrating with cost/schedule management, change control, and reporting while identifying improvement opportunities.
  • •Lead construction-stage contract/claims management and support dispute resolution, including delay recovery measures and final account settlements (SOX controls may apply where relevant).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 160,000 - 170,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a related field to construction.
  • •Minimum 3 years of applicable experience in construction risk/programs or risk identification and facilitation.
  • •Relevant construction project procurement and contract management experience, including familiarity with construction contracts and commercial models.
  • •Demonstrated experience in a Program Management or Program Controls environment.
  • •Strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills, with proficiency in process mapping, root-cause analysis, and value-stream mapping; experience with ARM, Predict, and Tableau is preferred.
