Key Responsibilities

  • •Build, lead, and grow an engineering team (5–7 engineers) in Poland.
  • •Define the team’s roadmap, execution strategy, and delivery outcomes.
  • •Ensure strong delivery predictability through planning, estimation, and execution.
  • •Partner with engineers on system design and technical decisions (non-coding role).
  • •Develop team members via 1:1s, coaching, performance management, and hiring while driving culture, quality, scalability, and cross-team alignment.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of engineering management experience with a strong technical background.
  • •5+ years of professional software development experience building full-stack web applications, preferably with JavaScript/TypeScript and Java.
  • •Strong understanding of distributed systems and service-oriented architectures.
  • •Comfort operating across backend and frontend concepts with full-stack awareness.
  • •Experience working in data-driven environments, using metrics to improve velocity, predictability, and delivery performance.
