Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate on key Developer Platform areas and contribute to technical implementation.
•Improve monorepo CI/CD pipeline speed, reliability, and developer experience to reduce build wait time and debugging.
•Productionize the agentic AI platform, including agent observability and RAG/context-engineering patterns for reliability from dev through prod.
•Consolidate fragmented build systems and deliver standardized “paved road” blueprints for faster onboarding and production shipping.
•Identify developer toil, codify repeatable patterns, automate manual work, and participate in design and code reviews to raise engineering velocity and operational excellence.

Salary: USD 157,000 - 184,000

•Proficiency with Go (Golang) or readiness to ramp quickly.

•AI-forward mindset, with ability to connect past experience to AI-driven development practices like LLM-based automation and context engineering.
•Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with engineers across the company to identify and automate repetitive manual tasks.
