Partner with your team to uncover sales opportunities and pursue growth via Pathways, BUILD/BUILD 2.0, and digital product subject-matter expertise.

Key Responsibilities

•Cover multiple Financial Solutions Centers with an assigned schedule, requiring flexibility and availability to travel to assigned locations.
•Protect customer privacy and security while processing daily transactions, mitigating risk, and staying alert to fraud.
•Follow cash handling, teller differences, dual control guidelines, and maintain proper cash limits.
•Engage customers through inbound calls, drive-thru conversations, outbound calls, referrals, and marketing campaigns to identify needs and opportunities.
•Own customer issue resolution end to end while pursuing Pathways progression and completing required trainings.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent.
•Two (2) or more years of relevant experience in a client-centric sales environment, exceeding assigned goals and meeting operational expectations.
•Excellent communications skills with strong listening, professionalism, and exceptional relationship-building in a complex environment.
•Technologically savvy: Microsoft Office, internet, mobile technology, and bank systems.
•Valid driver’s license with ability/willingness to travel regionally.
