Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage, write, and track reconditioning, PDI, and inventory recall completion for used and new/used vehicles.
  • •Oversee internal repair orders, estimates, and single-repair-order workflow through completion by next business day.
  • •Coordinate staffing by maintaining schedules for technicians and porters absences for training, vacation, or personal reasons.
  • •Identify and manage store inventory with open recalls, ensuring timely completion by liaising with parts/service and other stores when needed.
  • •Conduct vehicle walk-around inspections, ensure CPO criteria fulfillment, and manage vendor relationships to improve quality and cycle time.
