Job Summary

Lead and mentor a team of AI engineers to deliver AI/ML projects at Honeywell. Drive VE/CE Gen AI strategy and roadmap, perform market research, and incubate new AI technologies. Key Responsibilities

•Drive VE/CE COE Gen AI strategy and establish current and future state landscape and roadmap
•Provide SME on Generative AI adoption and impactful deployment for VE/CE
•Collaborate with IT, technical teams, and business SMEs to define architectural framework, standards and solutions for VE/CE
•Work closely with data scientists to implement and optimize AI/ML models in production environments
•Perform market research to identify opportunities, ideas and technology trends, and collaborate with vendors and industry leaders to accelerate adoption of latest technology trends

Key Requirements

•Overall 12+ years of experience, including 5+ years of leading and managing AI/ML teams and projects
•A master’s degree or PhD in computer science, statistics, engineering, mathematics, or related fields
•Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and common AI/ML frameworks and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.
•Working knowledge of LL models like Gemini, Llama, GPT, DALL-E and frameworks like LangChain; Vector databases like Faiss, Pinecone
•Experience developing APIs and microservices to support Gen AI/ML applications
