Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the Project Manager in ensuring the project is delivered to the right quality standards, on time, and efficiently.
  • •Assist with establishing project governance, processes, and systems used throughout the project.
  • •Ensure key information and data are effectively shared and appropriately retained.
  • •Build and maintain strong relationships with the client and team members; interface with stakeholders including executives, consultants, and vendors.
  • •Attend meetings, maintain issues/actions logs, contribute to detailed project plans, monthly reporting, and preparation of proposals or project variations.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3 years of professional experience in project controls or administration.
  • •Experience in a project coordination or administrative role within the construction industry is preferred.
  • •BA/BS in Business, Construction, Architecture, or a related field; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
  • •Strong collaboration, relationship-building, and excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft and Google Suite products, especially Excel; corporate interiors and tenant improvement experience is a plus.
