Service Technician - NSW

Install, repair, and diagnose Miele premium domestic appliances for customers in their homes and occasionally in the workshop. Serve as a customer-facing brand representative by communicating professionally, completing accurate service documentation, invoices, and payments on time, and managing allocated jobs to achieve strong first-time-fix results. Maintain van stock and equipment, resolve customer concerns in the field, and stay current on product training and evolving technologies.
