Perform advanced troubleshooting and complex service diagnosis for residential solar and battery systems, while organizing and maintaining warranty and service schedules. Train and develop other Field Performance team members through meetings, onboarding, and best-practice sessions, and consistently exceed field performance KPIs. Must hold a valid electrical Journeyman License/equivalent per state requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform advanced troubleshooting and complex service diagnosis for solar and battery systems.
•Organize, lead, and maintain the warranty and service schedule.
•Work with the Electrical Foreman, Construction Supervisor, and Branch Manager to allocate labor for service and warranty projects.
•Train and develop Field Service and Field Communications Technicians, including leading regular best-practice meetings and supporting onboarding.
•Exceed field performance KPIs (e.g., turnaround time, experience rating, average dispatches) and assist with inspections and site audits when assigned.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 46.61 - 62.15 hourly

Key Requirements

•3+ years of field construction experience, including at least 1 year as a service technician in the solar industry.
•High school diploma required.
•Valid electrical Journeyman License/Electrician Certification (or equivalent) required per local and state requirements (e.g., wireman license).
•Knowledge of NEC and applicable codes/standards, including ability to interpret single line drawings and PV systems from roof to meter.
•PV design or PV electrical experience is preferred.
