Job Summary

We are seeking an Accessories Designer to concept, design, and develop fashion accessories, collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring innovative, on-trend items from sketches and CAD to materials, fittings, and PLM/BOM, while aligning with brand strategy and target market. You’ll contribute to ideation, trend research, and brand development in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Ideation & Trend Research – deep dive research online and in-person market research of current and future trends & competitive research.
•Create – create original designs for accessories, including sketches, color palettes, and materials. Utilize both hand-drawing and computer-aided design (CAD) software.
•Development – launch, develop, track materials & trims
•PLM/BOM – complete PLM/BOMs with accuracy
•Fittings – attend fitting and take detailed notes to ensure fit, construction, and materials, accuracy in each stage of prototype
•Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, merchandising, and production, to ensure the designs align with brand strategy and business goals.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 110,000 - 120,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Accessories Design, or related field experience
•Proven experience in accessories design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work and design aesthetic.
•Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CAD).
•Strong understanding of textiles, materials, and manufacturing processes.
•Excellent visual and artistic skills, with a keen eye for detail.
