Support the Store Management Team by delivering exceptional customer service and operational excellence in an auto salvage yard setting. Use advanced automotive parts identification to help customers with complex compatibility and product questions, while providing hands-on training, technical mentorship, and real-time feedback to strengthen team capability. Lead safety, compliance, housekeeping, and cash-handling procedures, and help adjust shift action plans and resolve customer or employee concerns during peak periods.

Key Responsibilities

•Demonstrate and reinforce safe and environmentally compliant operations, ensuring PPE use and cleanliness in assigned areas.
•Provide advanced automotive parts identification support to resolve complex customer product, compatibility, and system-level questions.
•Lead and develop team members through hands-on training, ongoing feedback, and real-time coaching to improve parts identification accuracy.
•Support operations by problem-solving with supervisors, setting shift performance objectives, delegating tasks, and communicating variances.
•Handle compliance tasks such as validating receipts, cash verification, register countdowns, and assisting with reports when needed.
