  • •Demonstrate and reinforce safe and environmentally compliant operations, ensuring PPE use and cleanliness in assigned areas.
  • •Provide advanced automotive parts identification support to resolve complex customer product, compatibility, and system-level questions.
  • •Lead and develop team members through hands-on training, ongoing feedback, and real-time coaching to improve parts identification accuracy.
  • •Support operations by problem-solving with supervisors, setting shift performance objectives, delegating tasks, and communicating variances.
