Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the deployment pipeline for Finance AI agents and tools, deploying validated components reliably to Finance business users across all pillars.
  • •Build and maintain the Finance AI enablement layer, including user guides, onboarding materials, training content, and documentation.
  • •Own the Finance AI intake and release process by managing the deployment request queue, sequencing releases, and coordinating readiness gates.
  • •Maintain a Finance AI knowledge base with architecture decision records, prompt libraries, agent catalog, and deployment/version documentation.
  • •Track and report adoption metrics and support governance and change management, coordinating with IT, Information Security, and Internal Audit.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or technical program management, including 1–2 years deploying or scaling AI/ML or analytics tools to business users.
  • •Ability to understand what you are deploying, including reading Snowflake pipelines, Python code, and agent configurations.
  • •Experience managing deployment pipelines, release processes, or MLOps workflows for enterprise data or AI products.
  • •Ability to drive adoption of technical tools with non-technical users through enablement content that people actually use.
  • •Knowledge of data governance, access controls, and audit documentation requirements for deploying AI in a SOX-regulated finance environment.
