Job Function: Manufacturing & Production Operations

Key Responsibilities

  • •Move product to its next destination with the production process as needed.
  • •Prepare products for shipment via packaging, scaling, labeling, and coordinating truck lines for pick-ups.
  • •Receive and distribute Maintenance, Repair and Operation Supplies (MROs).
  • •Perform light operations in the production process as needed.
  • •Support quality standards by measuring and sorting parts as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Ability to perform shipping/production support duties at a high level, including moving products/materials through the production process.
  • •Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (or equivalent experience).
  • •Comply with OSHA safety and health rules and use proper PPE; knowledge of Lockout-Tagout (LOTO) if required.
  • •Maintain good attendance and be able to work weekends and overtime as needed.
  • •Obtain company certification to use forklift, reach-truck, and scissor lift; must have reliable transportation.
