Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage a broad base of technical employees supporting design, implementation, and system integration of complex solutions.
  • •Develop detailed project plans, schedules, functional flows, SOPs, and quality assurance plans with defined tasks, deliverables, assignments, controls, and contingencies.
  • •Lead and manage multi-disciplinary teams (Engineers, DBAs, and QA) to deliver systems within schedule, cost, quality, and productivity guidelines.
  • •Monitor and report project status and milestone achievements across phases and implement remedial actions as needed.
  • •Delegate tasks, organize, mentor, and motivate information systems professionals while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and managing technology assets and budgets.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 211,000 - 220,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s with 15+ years of DevSecOps experience (or commensurate experience).
  • •5+ years leading DevSecOps teams in a large environment, providing strategic and hands-on direction across CI, delivery/deployment, monitoring, automated testing, IaC, and configuration management.
  • •Recognized Agile certified professional (e.g., SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, XP, Lean, Scrumban).
  • •Active Secret clearance required; ability to obtain and hold DEA suitability and work on-site as needed to support classified systems.
  • •Ability to explain highly technical concepts to executive and non-technical leaders and communicate plans to increase DevSecOps adoption/ROI at an organizational level.
