•Manages the most complex and sensitive projects, often in multiple geographic locations, with magnitude or complexity requiring more than one person.
•Represents IE with consulting firms to ensure final project output reflects original scope and budget requirements.
•Develops and maintains comprehensive program plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budget forecasts.
•Leads cross-functional teams and coordinates activities across multiple departments to ensure program objectives are met.
