Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage a pipeline of assigned deliveries by communicating with Sales Specialist to align on readiness.
  • •Conduct pre- and post-delivery conversations, guide customers through vehicle features, and tailor the experience to customer needs.
  • •Manage lease-end customer pipeline: schedule grounding and conduct lease-end intake appointments.
  • •Ensure vehicle readiness for handoff, including final quality checks, prep/staging, and completion of required paperwork and documentation logging.
  • •Book and track final-mile transport and coordinate with customers and carriers as necessary.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •2-5 years of customer-facing professional experience.
  • •Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and problem solve.
