Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and develop a team of specialists to oversee day-to-day production operations across assigned T1 factories.
  • •Manage a portfolio of factories to ensure core KPIs (including Quality, OTP, and compliance) are consistently met or exceeded.
  • •Drive risk assessment and pre-production meetings by identifying risks, recommending actions, and promoting a speak-up culture.
  • •Resolve production-related issues (e.g., material delays, low output) in collaboration with VF functions and factory partners.
  • •Support social/environmental compliance corrective action plans and co-lead automation and lean manufacturing adoption, leveraging data analytics to improve performance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field; MBA a plus.
  • •8–10+ years of production operations experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • •Proven leadership in managing and developing teams, including multi-cultural factory management experience.
  • •Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and construction methods for the scoped product category.
  • •Experience working with overseas factories and proficiency with Microsoft Office, PLM systems, and production planning tools.
