Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct learning needs analyses to identify skill gaps and develop workforce competency strategies.
  • •Collaborate with subject matter experts and site training representatives to create, review, deploy, and enhance training solutions.
  • •Design learning programs to strengthen AI competencies and upskill learners for future readiness.
  • •Use training metrics, participant feedback, and structured data collection to evaluate and improve courses and programs, including ROI measurement.
  • •Develop and maintain dashboards for workforce development KPIs and training compliance, supporting governance, standardization, and audits.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • •Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • •Ability to extract, analyze, and visualize data using tools such as SQL, Python, R, Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent platforms.
  • •Solid foundation in statistics and analytical thinking.
  • •Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple tasks with strong attention to detail, with experience working in team-based environments.
