Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate feed haul trucks safely and efficiently and maintain product quality and integrity.
  • •Conduct equipment inspections and report issues to the Supervisor.
  • •Communicate farm conditions and other relevant information with associates, maintenance staff, growers, and supervisors.
  • •Maintain equipment and keep trucks and work areas clean, neat, and orderly while following housekeeping schedules and required PPE.
  • •Pick up each flock as directed and follow delivery schedules, documentation, and biosecurity protocols.

Key Requirements

  • •12 months of verifiable tractor/trailer experience within the previous 36 months.
  • •Must have the ability to operate a manual CMV.
  • •Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more.
  • •Follow written and verbal directions and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
  • •If the driver has a positive drug or alcohol test in the previous 5 years, they are not eligible.
