Key Responsibilities

  • •Support manufacturing operations and continuous-flow production.
  • •Develop and implement improved manufacturing methods, procedures, and processes to increase efficiencies, yields, machine operations, and quality.
  • •Implement project or improvement plans for efficiency, cost reduction, quality improvement, new product support, and other process improvements.
  • •Perform lot and equipment dispositions to minimize cycle time in a high-volume 300mm wafer fab running analog technologies.

  • •Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
  • •3+ years of relevant semiconductor process engineering experience.
  • •Experience as a semiconductor process engineer within diffusion.
  • •Strong foundation in statistical process control, engineering change control, and process release strategies.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with effective verbal and written communication.
