•Lead growth and successful delivery of complex data centre and mission-critical construction programs across the region.
•Maintain strong client relationships while supporting business development, pursuits, and strategic growth opportunities within the data centre sector.
•Provide leadership and oversight across multiple projects and project teams, ensuring delivery against client objectives, commercial targets, schedules, and quality expectations.
•Collaborate with senior leadership, project teams, consultants, contractors, and client stakeholders across all phases of project delivery.
•Support project governance activities including financial management, forecasting, staffing, reporting, and risk management; mentor and develop project management staff.

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 135,000 - 175,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, project management, or related discipline, or equivalent practical experience. Advanced degree or PMP certification is considered an asset.
•10+ years of relevant experience within construction, mission-critical, data centre, or large-scale infrastructure project environments.
•Demonstrated experience leading major construction projects or programs, including oversight of multidisciplinary teams, project delivery, commercial management, and stakeholder coordination.
•Strong client relationship management and business development experience, including supporting pursuits, proposals, and strategic growth opportunities.
•Strong understanding of the full construction project lifecycle, project governance, financial management, risk management, and operational delivery.
