Key Responsibilities

  • •Create high-quality working prototypes and proofs of concept to guide development teams.
  • •Partner with other architects to define and maintain the architecture vision and roadmap for the platform.
  • •Work with executive management to shape technology strategy based on technical and business trends.
  • •Partner with product leaders to design applications supporting the product roadmap.
  • •Lead, coach, and develop architects and software developers while integrating major new capabilities across the product line.

Key Requirements

  • •Have held architect-level scope and title for multiple recent years (not a first-time transition from senior engineering).
  • •Demonstrate success learning and architecting within existing mission-critical systems and codebases quickly.
  • •10+ years of software development across the full SaaS lifecycle with strong Agile methods and experience leading development teams.
  • •Hands-on agentic AI engineering experience building multi-agent orchestrated workflows, including agent-based frameworks, orchestration patterns, RAG, and protocols like MCP.
  • •Fluency across the broader stack: Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, ASP.NET Core, plus DevOps and streaming/messaging tech (Azure Service Bus, Kafka, RabbitMQ or similar), with cloud deployment/troubleshooting on Azure or AWS.
