Workshop Planning Engineer (Sharjah, Sharjah, AE)

Aerospace workshop planning engineer responsible for planning and coordinating maintenance activities for components and workshop units. Creates detailed schedules, assigns daily targets to technicians, tracks progress, and prepares performance reports to ensure efficient use of manpower and resources. Collaborates with CAMO, Quality, Logistics, Tooling and Stores, maintains WIP in AMOS, and drives continuous improvement in workshop scheduling and turnaround time.
