Job Summary

Translate performance data into executive narratives that help leadership steer foodpanda Malaysia. As the right hand in the MD Office, you’ll review KPI dashboards, produce clear leadership-ready decks in Google Slides, and run BAU performance reviews by tracking action items and capturing decisions. You’ll also support high-priority strategic projects by analyzing relevant data and proposing process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

•Turn complex data into high-impact visual stories (slides/decks) for leadership reviews, townhalls, and regional syncs.
•Perform structured analysis within core KPIs using existing frameworks, and surface improvements to make processes better or faster.
•Support the MD Office on high-priority strategic projects while gaining broader conceptual understanding of foodpanda.
•Manage BAU performance by coordinating meetings, tracking action items, and ensuring clear information flow across the team.
•Facilitate weekly performance review sessions and capture key decisions that drive business priorities forward.

Key Requirements

•1–3 years of experience in a fast-paced environment (ideally consulting, tech, or corporate strategy), with understanding of business drivers.
•Use experience and precedents to analyze problems and evaluate possible solutions before bringing recommendations to the team.
•Strong daily proficiency with Excel/Google Spreadsheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides.
•High quality standards, understanding how reporting accuracy impacts decision-making.
•Communicate data and complex information clearly and simply (no jargon).
