Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and support management of key client account relationships, including client strategy and execution to increase trade credit retention and growth across the Asia portfolio.
  • •Interact with client, insurer, and Aon stakeholders across credit management, finance, treasury, and c-suite; lead detailed negotiations and discussions covering commercial, risk, and claims matters.
  • •Engage strategically with the insurance market to obtain optimal client solutions across the full trade credit insurance lifecycle and serve as an escalation channel to insurers.
  • •Collaborate with country, regional, and global colleagues on client planning, strategy, and execution.
  • •Use Aon platforms (including pipeline management, broking, and talent systems) and ensure compliance with Aon processes and the code of business conduct.

Key Requirements

  • •Relevant competence in client retention and growth strategies.
  • •Relevant competence in trade credit insurance and industry knowledge.
  • •Ability to build and leverage deep client, insurer, and Aon relationships to understand goals and drive results.
  • •English proficiency (oral and written); Chinese and/or other languages beneficial.
  • •System literacy including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
