Banking Center Senior Relationship Banker

Provide customer service and needs-based financial guidance for Banking Center customers, processing deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments in line with bank policies and federal and state regulations. Drive sales, retention, and operational goals through lead generation and relationship building. Support compliance, meet branch audit requirements, and supervise and coach fellow relationship bankers, including onboarding new hires.
