Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead project strategy and execution, defining success factors and KPIs, and driving alignment with business objectives.
  • •Provide governance and project controls across quality, safety, compliance, risk, schedule, cost, and change management, including executive reporting and dashboards.
  • •Serve as primary client point of contact across all project phases; facilitate stakeholder communication and manage relationships with internal and external parties.
  • •Oversee procurement from tender strategy to vendor selection; support design development and ensure compliance with client, regulatory, and corporate requirements.
  • •Manage financial performance and invoicing processes using D-365, including validation, coordination with finance teams, tracking invoice status, and resolving discrepancies; conduct construction site inspections and manage permitting/statutory submissions.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years’ experience in project management or construction projects (e.g., project manager, construction manager, procurement, consulting, vendor).
  • •Construction-related degree (e.g., project management, construction management, design, engineering) or equivalent.
  • •Strong communication and leadership skills with experience in people management.
  • •Strong business acumen to drive client outcomes, coordinate design/construction teams, and deliver deadlines and deliverables.
  • •Client management experience with advisory/business development skills across value management, value engineering, and life cycle costing.
