Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform deployment delivery management activities as part of broader delivery management initiatives.
  • •Coordinate development and consolidation of technical and process documentation, supporting higher-level delivery management.
  • •Assist customers in identifying issues and obstacles and propose resolution alternatives.
  • •Deliver solutions that are typically less complex by location/product/system scope and smaller in revenue scope.
  • •Identify and pursue growth opportunities within the customer environment.

Key Requirements

  • •7–10 years of experience in deployment of Dell EMC products such as PowerMax, PowerStore, PowerScale, Connectrix, PowerEdge, Dell Networking Switches (L2), and ECS.
  • •Project deployment or management experience of enterprise infrastructures with a Bachelor’s degree.
  • •Strong OS foundation including Windows, Linux, OpenShift, and VMware.
  • •Knowledge of Dell Backup products such as Networker, PPDM, and Data Domain (advantage).
  • •Strong English and Vietnamese communication skills and presentation ability.
