Job Summary

Lead the FP&A function for the Real Estate business by owning the end-to-end planning cycle, including budgeting, rolling forecasts, long-term planning, and cash flow forecasting. Drive monthly reporting and the financial close, deliver management reporting and performance insights, and provide commercial finance support across leases, revenue, receivables, and working capital. Partner with Treasury, Regional/Group Finance, Asset Management, and audits to strengthen governance, improve processes, and automate reporting.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the monthly financial reporting and closing process, ensuring accurate results via account analysis and balance sheet reviews.
•Prepare and deliver monthly management reporting packages, financial performance reviews, and analytical insights for leadership decisions.
•Drive annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, long-term strategic planning, and cash flow forecasting to support business objectives and funding needs.
•Partner with Treasury and stakeholders on project financing, cash flow management, and capital planning across the Real Estate portfolio.
•Lead finance transformation initiatives, including reporting automation, process optimization, system enhancements, and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

•5+ years’ experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Finance, or Accounting, including at least 2 years in the Real Estate industry.
•Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, financial modeling, and business performance analysis.
•Experience preparing financial statements and performing variance analysis to support strategic decision-making through financial insights and business partnering.
•Hands-on ERP financial systems experience, preferably SAP and Yardi, including exposure to reporting automation and process improvement.
•Strong understanding of Egyptian Accounting Standards (EAS) and IAS/IFRS, plus financial governance in a corporate environment.
