Key Responsibilities

  • •Pull, structure, and analyze adoption and usage data to understand what drives transformation impact.
  • •Build models, dashboards, and impact analyses to identify what’s working, where gaps are, and where value can be created.
  • •Create reusable playbooks, templates, and methodology by codifying learnings from individual engagements.
  • •Synthesize lessons learned into repeatable materials (e.g., stakeholder maps, workflow analyses, tracking) to keep engagements on plan.
  • •Develop executive-ready communications—turning complex analysis into narratives, decks, and one-pagers for senior stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •2–3 years at a top-tier strategy consulting firm (MBB or equivalent) owning analytically rigorous workstreams for real client problems.
  • •Exceptional quantitative skills: structure messy data, run analyses, and communicate what the numbers mean.
  • •Experience building playbooks, frameworks, or repeatable methodologies—not just one-off deliverables.
  • •Exposure to transformation, change management, and strategy, ideally in or adjacent to legal, financial services, or professional services.
  • •Outstanding written and verbal communication, with comfort operating in ambiguity and a bias to action.
