Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end ML development across BRKZ. Build and deploy production models, LLM agents, and data-driven workflows that improve accuracy and cut manual work across Finance, Credit, Procurement, and Operations.
•Scope problems with Product and Ops, size impact, and turn workflows into measurable gains.
•Cover full-stack ML engineering and applied data science: data analysis, feature engineering, modelling, evaluation, and monitoring.
•Own model lifecycle, reliability, and PDPL compliance.
•Guide standards for data quality and ML practices. Mentor ML and AI engineers.
