Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the team in managing and improving Global finance operations workstreams across the end-to-end O2C process, including Billing and E-Commerce transactions and revenue recognition operations.
  • •Process and track billings for the Partner Benefits Catalogue and maintain billing and payment content for accuracy and consistency.
  • •Provide internal and external stakeholders with billing and payment information and support Partner facing activities.
  • •Support SAP Program Billings initiatives and preparation of team materials (meetings, workshops, documentation).
  • •Contribute to improving processes, tools, and workflows using AI capabilities; perform basic data analysis and support reporting and feedback collection.
