Coordinate quality for the Detail Shop reconditioning process, ensuring the “First Time Right” standard is consistently applied by detailers. Inspect completed work, identify vehicles that don’t meet company standards, and communicate expectations to the detail line. Train team members on standard operating procedures, assist on the detail line as needed, and log inspection outcomes, inventory reports, and vehicle photos per process standards.
