Job Summary

Support the Chief of Staff in executing and structuring the company’s most critical priorities as HyLight scales. Work across finance planning and analysis, business operations, and executive support/special projects—building dashboards and tools, improving internal processes, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and preparing presentations, research, and administrative support for leadership.

Key Responsibilities

•Support financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting, including maintaining planning tools and producing decision-support analyses.
•Improve internal processes and organizational efficiency, and build/maintain reporting and management tools.
•Support cross-functional projects involving multiple teams to drive operational scaling.
•Prepare presentations for investors, customers, partners, and institutions; conduct research and analyses on strategic or operational topics.
•Coordinate administrative and operational tasks for leadership, including organizing trips, meetings, and events, and owning high-priority projects.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 1,000 - 1,200 annually

Key Requirements

•Currently enrolled in an Engineering School, Business School, or University program.
•Background in Engineering, Business & Management, Finance, Economics, Entrepreneurship, Innovation Management, or similar disciplines.
•Strong execution mindset with the ability to learn quickly and deliver with limited supervision.
•Structured thinking and comfort working in ambiguous environments with strong attention to detail.
•Excellent communication skills and fluency in English and French.
