Job Summary

Lead and mentor a team of Partner Development Managers to grow Snowflake’s Data Cloud partner ecosystem for retail, CPG, and manufacturing. Own ecosystem strategy with data providers and ISVs, drive joint GTM/co-sell with sales leadership, and align cross-functionally with Product, Industry GTM, Marketing, Operations, and Sales. Track partner success, revenue outcomes, and customer impact across the full partner lifecycle while serving as an escalation point for enterprise sales leadership.

•Coach, mentor, and elevate a world-class team of Partner Development Managers; manage team allocation, accountability, recruiting, onboarding, and partner scaling.
•Own and execute an ecosystem strategy focused on innovative ISVs and data providers for AI and data-driven efficiency and insights across target industries.
•Lead joint GTM and co-sell success by partnering with sales teams and leadership, driving pipeline generation, adoption, and consumption growth.
•Coordinate with Product, Industry GTM, Marketing, Operations, and Sales to ensure partner ecosystem strategy aligns with Snowflake’s roadmap and product releases.
•Measure operational and business outcomes by tracking team performance, partner success metrics, revenue outcomes, and customer impact across the full partner lifecycle.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 198,800 - 260,925 annually

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience in tech sales, partner development, alliances, or business development, ideally within cloud (IaaS/PaaS/SaaS) and enterprise data platforms.
•3+ years of direct people management experience leading high-performing partner or sales teams within a matrixed tech organization.
•Deep knowledge of retail, CPG, manufacturing, industrial IoT, and supply chain use cases and how data/AI transform the industrial landscape.
•Proven success building partner ecosystems, owning GTM motions, developing joint value messaging, and executing field sales co-sell programs.
•Excellent communication and storytelling skills, able to confidently present and align internal and external C-suite leadership.
