Inventory Materials Specialist

Oversee warehouse inventory accuracy and material flow to keep physical stock aligned with the ERP system. Execute and reconcile cycle counts, manage receipt and shipping documentation, and optimize storage locations and physical space. Partner with Purchasing and Production to resolve discrepancies, prevent recurrences through root-cause process improvements, and provide daily kitting materials based on the monthly production plan.
