Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate and maintain the Global Product pipeline across regional, Private Markets, and Digital Assets teams with timely reporting and transparency.
  • •Develop and distribute management reporting, dashboards, and analytics for product pipeline activity, strategic initiatives, KPIs, and governance.
  • •Support Global Product communications and organizational engagement, including newsletters, town halls, and leadership updates.
  • •Prepare presentations, briefing materials, meeting packs, and action logs for Product Leadership, Product Committees, Fund Boards, and other forums.
  • •Manage product project plans, status reporting, action tracking, operating documents, and governance/committee materials to support executive decision-making.

Key Requirements

  • •3–7 years of relevant experience in business management, product management, strategy, project management, operations, consulting, finance, or a related function within financial services or asset management.
  • •Understanding of the asset management industry, investment products, product development, and governance processes.
  • •Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills to prepare executive-level presentations, reports, and business materials.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel); Power BI, data visualization tools, or project management platforms are preferred.
