Field Mechanical Technician, Counter Intrusion

Deploy and support counter intrusion defense systems worldwide as part of Technical Operations. You’ll perform field maintenance, troubleshoot complex issues across hardware, software, and networking in unstructured environments, and lead incident response with root-cause analyses and preventive measures. You’ll also train users, maintain support plans and documentation, coordinate logistical plans for events, and communicate field status and product refinement recommendations to internal and engineering teams.
